What’s essential to teaching? What are the skills and knowledge that we can’t do without? This talk aims to analyze these questions in depth and suggest a thought framework to prioritize CPD initiatives by finding out what really matters in terms of bringing a positive impact to our lessons and our careers while avoiding unnecessary initiatives.
